How to Reach Us
Email is the only channel we operate. We do not run a phone line, and we do not use social media accounts, so any account claiming to be us on a social platform is not.
Editorial, corrections and terms changes: editorial@launchministry.org
Press and licensing enquiries: press@launchministry.org
Privacy and data requests: privacy@launchministry.org
We aim to answer editorial and correction mail within two business days. Privacy requests are handled within the statutory window that applies to the requester, and we will confirm receipt sooner than that.
What to Send Us
Some things are far more useful than others, so it is worth being specific about what actually moves a page.
- A figure that is wrong. Tell us the page, the figure, and what the operator's terms currently say. A screenshot of the terms page with a visible date is the single most useful thing you can send.
- Terms that have changed. Rollover multiples, maximum cashout and excluded games change without announcement. If you spot a change before we do, we will re-read the document and update the page.
- A payout problem. Include the operator, the dates, the withdrawal method, the amount and what support told you. We cannot recover funds and we can factor a documented pattern into a track-record score, which is the part of our rating that moves slowest and matters most.
- A licensing update. Registry changes, suspensions and published rulings are directly relevant to how we score recourse.
What We Cannot Help With
We are a publisher, not a regulator or an intermediary, and being straight about the limits saves everyone time.
- We cannot recover a balance, reverse a confiscation or intervene in a dispute with an operator. Where a licensing body has a complaints procedure, that is the route with actual leverage.
- We cannot give legal or tax advice. Questions about your own filing position belong with a preparer.
- We cannot provide bonus codes, and we do not publish third-party codes at all.
- We do not accept guest posts, sponsored placements or link exchanges, and mail proposing them is not answered.
For Operators
If we have your terms wrong, send the document and we will correct the page and note the correction. That request is always answered.
Requests to remove accurate criticism, adjust a ranking position or review a page before publication are not. Ranking order comes from the weighted criteria set out on how we rate, and commercial arrangements do not enter into it.
If Gambling Is Causing You Harm
We are not a support service and cannot offer counselling. The National Council on Problem Gambling helpline is on 1-800-522-4700, staffed 24 hours a day, and our responsible gambling page collects the account-level controls and the other US services worth knowing about.
